Charles Rosier’s first step towards his future was his appointment at Lehman Brothers in 1996. Eventually, he became the manager of their Debt Capital Market Division, having moved to UBS Warburg in 1997. As an outstanding investment banker, he has remained in the market for 15 years now. Charles Rosier was offered a job at Goldman Sachs (GMS) in 1999. He accepted the offer and joined as their Managing Director. BTG Pactual has been trusted in international markets for more than 30 years and has 2,500 personnel throughout Latin America.

In 1991, Charles Rosier attended his secondary education at Paris’s Fenelon Sainte-Marie. He was able to establish his profession after obtaining a degree at ESCP Europe. Charles Rosier started his profession at Lehman Brothers in 1996 prior to joining the UBS Warburg Investment Bank.

Health Programmes

Charles Rosier funded the drug project to help find a cure for strokes that can lead to spinal cord damage. The first project of his in the healthcare industry, was the Mapreg Drug project. Because of the capital he invested, the study on depression, strokes and other serious ailments was conducted at Mapreg, a Paris-based laboratory. Mapreg is a pharmaceutical organisation led by Professor Etienne Baulieu. They were funded by Charles Rosier when he started to run healthcare projects.

As a partner at BTG Pactual Bank, he got the chance to work closely with a popular institution with 30 years of experience, hiring more than 2,500 employees in various places in Latin America. In 2009, Charles Rosier joined Goldman Sachs and worked as their Managing Director until 2010. GMS or Goldman Sachs is one of the best-known investment banks around the world. As their Managing Director, he focused on managing public assets.
