Kitchen Aid Coffee Useful Tips

My kitchen is getting high tech in most respects. Indeed my kitchen has had all of the modern conveniences for some time. We have a kitchen food processor, a kitchen grinder, and some of the best knives that money can buy. The one thing that we haven't had until recently is a Kitchen Aid coffee maker. Instead, we have gotten by with an old Bunn coffee maker that we barely use at all.

You see, my wife is sort of funny about coffee. She calls herself a connoisseur, but her definition of the word is kind of peculiar. As far as I can tell, to her a connoisseur is someone who takes the most backwards way to do something. She has no desire for KitchenAidcoffee makers, or other modern conveniences. She likes to roast her own coffee beans, but she insists on doing this in a pan. She likes to brew her own coffee, but she does this without the aid of a Kitchen Aid coffee maker. She likes to strain the beans herself instead.

Kitchen Aid Coffee - The Best ?

She insists that this gives her a greater degree of control over the whole process of making coffee. Personally, I am skeptical. When she asks me how her coffee tastes, I always say that it tastes wonderful. In fact, it does taste wonderful. Nonetheless, when she puts it through the KitchenAid coffeemaker, it tastes every bit as good and it takes less time to make. I know that she has ground the beans herself in the coffee grinder, but I really can't tell the difference between those and store-bought, pre-ground beans. The beans that she roasts are delicious, but they are not that much better than other freshly roasted beans. I appreciate how hard she works, but I think that she should resign herself to the KitchenAidcoffee maker. After all, it is more convenient.

On the other hand, I know that she likes making coffee the way that she does and there is no harm to it. On the contrary, I suppose it is a bit of a hobby for her. Modern devices like the Kitchen Aid coffee maker, our state of the art refrigerator, and our microwave tend to make people lazy. You really do not have to work at all to make food nowadays, it seems. If she gets joy by circumventing the Kitchen Aid coffee maker in favor of doing everything by hand, I say more power to her. After all, it is her choice to make. I always do enjoy the cups of coffee that she brews for me, and I can taste the love in them. You can't capture that love with a kitchen aid coffee maker. I am going to take a nice coffee break now.
